MEMPHIS- Rapper Big Boogie was among 24 people that were arrested in connection to a drive-by shooting on Thursday.
One person was wounded on Interstate 55, where the shooting occurred, Fox13 reports.
Police say that shots were fired from different vehicles on the roadway before police caught up to the suspects on Highway 6, a report states.
Police arrested people, which included Big Boogie and four cars were impounded.
The vehicles that fled the shooting were allegedly following Big Boogie as he was traveling to Biloxi for a Thursday night performance, according to Panola County Sheriff’s Office.
No charges have been announced.
