1 person killed, 4 shot during Nipsey Hussle’s funeral procession; why were people behaving like animals?

Rapper Nipsey Hussle’s funeral procession was held yesterday in Los Angeles and brought those who came to show their love and pay respect, but others showed up to cause total chaos.

LAPD confirmed on Thursday night that a drive-by shooting had taken place three blocks from the procession route, leaving 3 injured and one dead. The victims were 3 males and 1 female. Ages 30 -50.

In the midst of this procession we have a multi-4 Shooting at 103 St and Main St.

Victims are 3 Male Blacks and 1 Female Black – ages from 30-50 years old. Tragically one is deceased.

Suspects in gray Hyundai fired on the victims.

We must stop this senseless violence.

I’m assuming this is the last thing that Nipsey Hussle would have wanted.

During the rapper’s vigil, that was held in front of his clothing store where he was killed, the chaos had just started, when at least two people were allegedly shot and 19 were injured.

Personally, I saw a bunch of fools who wanted this day, that was not about them to be just that. Police officers were disrespected, property was damaged, and there is even a photo I put up on my Instagram that shows some of the disrespect that took place on Thursday, as some stood on top of a LAPD police car.

It wasn’t as if the rapper was killed by police, and this was a protest or march.

21,000 people showed up to the rapper’s memorial, which was held at the Staples center before his funeral procession took place. His casket was driven for 25 miles through his city, even stopping in front of his store, the “Marathon Clothing” store, where he was killed.

Nipsey Hussle, whose real name is Ermias Joseph Asghedom, was an openly Crip gang member, who was trying to do better in his community.
