1 person killed, 9 wounded at Texas Halloween party

TEXAS- One person was left dead and nine other’s were injured at a Halloween party after gunfire erupted, police say.

The shooting happened before midnight on Saturday, at an event center in Texarkana, where there were at least “a couple hundred people” in attendance”, reports The New York Post.

A 20-year-old man was shot during the event. He was rushed to a Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. His identity hasn’t been revealed.

The nine other victims were receiving treatment for their injuries, which are non-life threatening.

A suspect was seen fleeing the scene in a vehicle. There have no arrests.
