NORTH CAROLINA- A 13-year-old girl is dead after she was fatally shot in a drive-by shooting while eating at a picnic on Saturday, police said.
Loyalti Allah was struck when a gunman opened fire from inside of a black vehicle, which fled the scene afterwards.
The girl was eating at a table with friends and family when the shooting occured.
Police have arrested one of out of three suspects, WCNC reported.
Demontre Robinson, 20, has been charged with murder.
The other two suspects that are wanted in connection with the girls shooting death are also facing murder charges.
