CLEVELAND- A 13-year-old girl was stabbed in the neck during a fight inside of a Catholic elementary school, police say.
Police say a fifth grader stabbed the older student in the shoulder, neck and chin. There was a knife that was recovered at the scene.
The victim, an eighth grader, was taken to a hospital in serious condition after the fight.
The teen victim is expected to survive.
There is an ongoing investigation and no motive for the stabbing.
