PHILADELPHIA- A 15-year-old girl has died a week after she was shot while at a playground.
Police say Simone-Monea Rogers was playing with her brother and two friends in the courts of the playground when shots were fired in their direction.
Rogers was shot in her head twice and taken to a Hospital where she died the following day, reports CBS3. She had just celebrated her birthday the week before.
A 33-year-old woman was shot in her leg. She was taken to a hospital and placed on stable condition. A 4-year-old may also have been shot.
There have been no arrests made.
