WASHINGTON D.C.- 16-year-old rapper 23 Rackzs was shot and killed Thursday morning, police said.
The up & coming rapper, whose real name is Justin Johnson, was shot on the 2200 block of Savannah Terrace, according to local reports and D.C police.
Police say a call came in for the shooting at 11:24 a.m. When they arrived at the scene, they found shell casings. There is an active investigation and no suspects in custody.

The rapper released an album titled Rookie Of The Year in 2021. In April he released two songs, “Hook” and “Dragging”.
