FLORIDA- A 17-year-old boy is accused of shooting a store clerk after an argument over a bag of chips, police said.
Yes, you read that right..
Police say they responded to a report about a shooting at the convivence store on Saturday.
The victim told police that the teen and him got into an argument over the price of a bag of chips before an altercation ensued and the suspect pulled a gun out and allegedly shot the clerk, reported WESH.com.
The store clerk was shot in the leg.
Tyrique Matthews was arrested on Wednesday after turning himself in to police. It’s unclear what charges he’s facing.
