MICHIGAN- A 18-year-old man who was seen in a now viral video giving a Macy’s employee a beat-down has been arrested and charged.
Damire Palmer has been arrested and charged with one count of felony assault with intent to do bodily harm less than murder.
Prosecutors say that the June 26th attack on the Macy’s employee was “unprovoked”.
Palmer attacked the employee because he allegedly call him a “nigger”.
If convicted, Palmer faces up to 10 years.
As far as Palmer’s brother, who recorded the attack, will not be charged.
