2 Dead, 10 Injured After Elderly Man Crashes Into Outdoor Restaurant
WASHINGTON, D.C.- 2 people are dead and others were injured after a vehicle plowed into an outdoor restaurant Friday afternoon.
10 people were injured, and two women were later pronounced dead after they were all rushed to a near-by hospital.
The Metropolitan Police Department says an elderly man lost control of his vehicle, crashing into the restaurant. The driver was reportedly cooperative with police.
