MARYLAND- Two fugitives accused of kidnapping and two of the suspects daughters were found dead in an SUV in an apparent murder-suicide, police say.
Robert Vicosa, 41, Tia Bynum, 35, and his two daughters, Giana, 7, and Aaminha, 6, were all found dead from gunshot wounds, Maryland State Police said in a release.
Police tried to stop the SUV Thursday, but the driver went across state line into Maryland, hitting a culvert, causing the car to skid off the road, which came to a stop in a grassy area.
Bynum was found in the driver’s seat, and the other three were in the backseat.
Vicosa was accused of kidnapping his two daughters, and Bynum was his alleged accomplice.
Vicosa was a former police officer in Baltimore, and Bynum was a Baltimore County police sergeant, according to FOX 5.
