IOWA – Two men were fatally shot while attending a concert where rapper Boosie was set to perform.
On Saturday, August 8, as Boosie and other rap artists were preparing to perform at the “Pull Up Car Show” show when gunfire erupted in the parking lot, which caused a complete shut-down and cancellation of the event.
Both victims were in their late 20’s and resided in Nebraska.
There have been no arrests made, and there is now an active investigation, police said.
The event was to celebrate muscle cars and drag racing.
Boosie commented afterwards on the deadly incident on Instagram, showing no sympathy, saying ” I don’t know some shit happened at the front but we’re going to take it to Crush Ultra Lounge, party don’t stop.”#rapp
