NEW YORK, N.Y.C.- Two former associates of rapper Tekashi6ix9ine, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, have been found guilty after he testified against them.
Anthony “Harv” Ellison and his co-defendant Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack
were found guilty of conspiracy and racketeering on Thursday by jurors in a Manhattan court. Mr. Ellison was found guilty of kidnapping Hernandez and Mr. Mack was found guilty of conspiring to distribute narcotics.
Both men were aquitted of other charges that included assault and use of firearms.
Tekashi took the stand for three days against both of these men who were former associates of his, one even working as his bodyguard before being charged with his kidnapping.
The Brooklyn rapper is said to have denied the witness protection program, and just wants to have security for both him and his family when he’s released.
Both men will be sentenced in Feb.
