2 Teens Found Dead Inside Burned Down House, 5 Suspects Charged

OHIO- Two teenage boys were found dead inside of a burned and vacant home in December, and now 5 people have been arrested in connection with their death and disappearances.

Ke’Marion Wilder, 16, and Kyshawn Pittman, 15, were both found dead in the home on Dec. 15. They were last seen on Dec. 5, according to Toledo Police Department, reports WTOL-11.

Cruz Garcia, 24, has been charged with two counts of murder and one count of kidnapping, WTOL-11 reports.

An affidavit obtained by The Blade alleges that Garcia kidnapped and assaulted Pittman and Wilder and went to the “area of the abandoned house several times during the time frame between the kidnapping and the fire.”

Firefighters responded to the fire at the house on Dec. 5. They searched the first and second floors, but never checked the basement of the home after a firefighter was injured after falling through the stairs.

When the home was searched again on Dec. 15, the bodies of Pittman and Wilder were located in the basement.

Their causes of death are still under investigation, but according to court documents obtained by WTOL-11, Garcia allegedly assaulted them with a gun and tied them up.

Four of Garcia’s friends, Diamond Rivera, Carissa Eames, Corbin Gingrich and Crytal LaForge-Yingling were all charged with obstruction of justice in connection with the disappearance of Pittman and Wilder.

In a twist, relatives of Wilder identified LaForge-Yingling, Gingrich and Eames as relatives of Wilder’s girlfriend, who hasn’t been named.
There is no known motive for the killings.
