CALIFORNIA- A man has been arrested and charged in connection to the murder of a teen who went missing.
According to a press conference/Police have arrested Armando Cruz, 24, and have charged him with the alleged murder and rape of 13-year-old Patricia “Patty” Alatorre.
Alatorre was reported missing on July 1st.

Police arrested Cruz after his vehicle matched the same description as the vehicle that was seen on surveillance footage where Alatorre went missing.
Police haven’t confirmed if her remains have been found, or a motive.
