DETROIT (WXYZ) – A reward of $2,500 is being offered to anyone who has information on who killed rapper Tee Grizzley’s aunt.
On August 20th, 41-year-old Jobina Whittaker Brown was in a Chrysler 300 with her nephew rapper Tee Grizzley and another male.
When Tee Grizzley stepped out of the vehicle along Three Mile, shots were fired, hitting Brown, who was taken to a Hospital for her injuries, but she was pronounced dead that day.
Brown was her nephews manager, and also managed rapper Sada Baby. She left behind 3 children.
After her death, Tee Grizzley released a song titiled “Satish” where he raps about the loss of his aunt. In his song, he raps about how he was the intended target, not her..
