GEORGIA- Authorities rescued dozens of missing kids, which included sex trafficking victims in an operation.
The operation called “Operation Not Forgotten” took two weeks, and was conducted in Atlanta according to a press release by the US Marshals Service on Thursday.
The operation resulted in the rescue of 26 children, which included 15 sex-trafficking victims.
9 people were arrested, 26 arrest warrants were cleared, and the suspects face charges of sex trafficking, registered sex offender violations, parental kidnapping, custodial interference, drugs and weapons possession.
