3 people have been indicted on charges connected to the murder of the New Orleans rapper Young Greatness.
Lovance Wix, 16, Donald Reaux, 38, who was previously arrested in the case on an accessory to murder charge and Donny Maxwell, 18, were all indicted Wednesday on charges of second-degree murder, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, armed robbery, obstruction of justice and conspiracy to obstruct justice. Reaux, was also indicted on a charge of a illegal possession of a firearm by a felon.This is according to what the Orleans Parish District Attorney’s Office said in a news release.
Young Greatness, 34, whose real name is Theodore Jones was shot to death and killed in the parking lot outside a Waffle House.
He’s known for his hit song “Mollah” which made it on the Billboard charts. He was in New Orleans but moved to Houston after Hurricane Katrina.
