ILLINOIS- Three people were shot and wounded Sunday in the parking lot of the Six Flags Great America theme park, authorities say.
All three victims were shot and wounded when someone opened fire from a vehicle that fled the scene afterwards, reports The Chicago Tribune.
Two victims were being treated in a hospital, but a third victim refused to be taken to a hospital, according to a statement released by a spokesperson for the park.
The theme park was forced to close early.
Police say there is an ongoing investigation and no arrests have been made, according to reports.
