CLEVELAND, Ohio: 3 teens have been indicted on murder charges for taking the life of a 9 year old girl who was shot to death. Aaron George, 18, Davontae Nettles, 19, and Ce’Matizea Andrews, 19 have been indicted on murder, aggravated murder, attempted murder and felonious assault charges. Reports say on June 30th, 3 teens, along with a juvenile were in a Black vehicle when a shootout erupted with 2 other juveniles who were on the sidewalk located on Lee Road and Cloverside Avenue, when 9 year Saniyah Nicholson was caught in the midst of the crossfire. The 9 year old victim was sitting in her mother’s vehicle with her 20 year old sister while their mother was picking up their brother from boxing class. 3 juveniles, 16, and 17 years of age have also been charged Saniyahs death.
