A 3rd defendant has been charged with rape in a case involving rapper Lil Mosey.
Joshua D. Darrow, 19, has been charged with second-degree rape in an incident that happened in Jan. of 2020, where a girl was allegedly raped during a party at a cabin, reports Uinterview.
Darrow allegedly held the victim down while Lil Mosey and Prater raped her. Darrow has pleaded not guilty. He’s scheduled for trial on Jan. 24, 2022, along with Lil Mosey and Francisco P. Prater, 18, who were both charged.
As I wrote, the alleged victim says she awoke to find Mosey on top of her, forcing her legs apart, TMZ reports. She says that she then blacked out again and woke up to find Mosey’s friend forcing himself on her as well.
If convicted, all three could face up to life in prison.
