VIRGINIA- A 6-year-old was taken into police custody after allegedly shooting a teacher at an elementary school on Friday.
The incident happened at the Richneck Elementary School, according to Fox News.
Authorities said in a press conference held on Friday that the incident was not accidental, and that the teacher suffered non-life-threatening injuries, reports Fox News.
The unidentified child was taken into custody.
No students or other staff members were injured.
