CHICAGO- A sixth suspect has been charged in the death of rapper FBG Duck.
A superseding indictment from the federal government unsealed Monday, charges Ralph Turpin, 33, with participating in a criminal organization that murdered the rapper and ‘violently protected’ the gang and its territories on the South Side of Chicago, according to a press release from the US District Court of Northern Illinois, according to WGN- TV Chicago.
Turpin was charged with one count of committing murder in aid of racketeering and one count of conspiracy to commit murder in aid of racketeering.
Five other men have been charged in the death of FBG Duck.
The men were charged with committing murder in aid of racketeering, federal firearms violations. conspiracy to commit murder in the aid of racketeering and assaults in aid of racketeering.
