7-year-old boy charged with rape in upstate NY; police

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) Police have charged a 7-year-old boy for rape according to multiple news outlets.

The unidentified minor was charged by New York State Police with third-degree rape on March 23, reports WWNY.

The alleged rape was reported on Thanksgiving.

There is an ongoing investigation.
