NEW JERSEY – “8 Mile” star Nashawn Breedlove’s cause of death has been revealed.
According to autopsy documents obtained by PEOPLE, the rapper and actor died from combined effects of fentanyl, acetyl fentanyl, cocaine and ethanol. He was 46.
His death was ruled an accident, according to a report received from New Jersey’s Office of the Chief Medical Examiner’s Office.
Breedlove’s death was confirmed by his mother on social media at the time of this death.
The rapper died on Sept. 24.
Breedlove was known for his role as “Lotto” in the movie “8 mile” featuring Eminem, but went by the rap name “Ox”.
