BRONX, NYC- A man is dead, after being fatally shot in front of his wife for flicking a cigarette.
Curtis Holley, 36, and his wife went for a walk near his home on Saturday night.
At some point during their walk, Holley flicked a cigarette butt towards the direction of three men, which started an argument between them.
During the argument, one of the three men pulled a gun out and shot Holley once in his torso. He was taken to a near-by Hospital, where he succumbed to his injury.
The NYPD haven’t made any arrests.
