KENTUCKY- A man has been charged, after attempting to sell an African-American boy at a gas station.
Kentucky police say that Harry Day, 29, was offering to sell the 4-year-old boy at a gas station for $2,500 while high on crystal meth.
Hall was arrested, after witnesses called 911, and gave police a description of the vehicle that he was in.
Police found the 4-year-old at home with his mother, 26-year-old Gertrude Henson, who was also charged after police found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in the house.
According to WYMT, Day was charged with promoting human trafficking and driving under the influence. Day agreed to plead guilty to his human trafficking charge and has been sentenced to 1 year in jail.
