Travis Reinking, 29 the alleged Waffle House killer was caught after a tip came in from somebody saying they saw a man that fit his description walking in the woods, which was about a mile away from the Waffle House. Travis was found with a backpack that contained a semi automatic and ammunition. He has refused to answer to questions immediately asked for a lawyer. Travis Reinking with just a jacket on exited a Truck of the Waffle House parking lot and allegedly began shooting at people in the parking lot and continued shooting as he walked into the Waffle House. Police say as Reinking began to reload his gun when hero James Shaw Junior, who was grazed by one of the bullets
wrestled Reinking to the ground, taking his gun away.

Four innocent lives were taken that morning. DeEbony Groves, 21, Taurean Sanderline 29, Akilah Dasilver, 23 and Joe Pere, 20.
