PHOENIX- Authorities found the body of a newborn baby behind a strip mall on Thursday.
Police were responding to a call about an injured person. When they arrived at the scene, they found the body of a newborn, who wasn’t breathing.
The baby was pronounced dead on the scene by EMT’s.

Police say the baby was a boy, and had no signs of trauma.
A witness told police, according to FOX10, that a couple came into their business, urging them to call police because there was a baby “Over the back door”. When the the witness went outside, she said the baby’s body was in a truck.
Police are now searching for the mother.
