N.Y., NY- A Bronx has been arrested, and charged for the death of a homeless man, who they say he fatally punched.
David Brown, 33, was charged on Friday with criminally negligent homicide and tampering with physical evidence, according to the NYPD.
Brown is being accused of punching 28-year-old Nicholas Brittain, in the face as he stood outside of a building on West 110th St. on Sept. 2.
Brittain was found unconscious on the pavement, and was rushed to a Hospital, where he died on Sept. 11 according to the NYPD.
Police arrested another suspect in connection to the case.
57-year-old Lorenzo Scott was arrested on Tuesday, and was charged with tampering with physical evidence according to PIX11.
