Young Thug’s former driver plans to sue rapper after alleged beatdown

LOS ANGELES- A man claiming to have been rapper Young Thug’s driver, is threatening to sue him over an alleged beatdown.

Derrick Thrasher claims that he was invited to party in L.A., back in May by Young Thug, where he was allegedly assaulted by rapper Lil Duke, who’s signed to Thug’s record label YSL Records, reports TMZ.

Thrasher says he left the party early, to avoid a physical altercation with Lil Duke, but was called by Young Thug, so he could he pick up from the party.

Thrasher’s letter to Young Thug’s lawyer claims once he arrived at the party, he was allegedly held down, was repeatedly punched, kicked and had a bottle of liquor smashed over his head.

Due to his alleged injuries, Thrasher is seeking a settlement, which would cover his medical expenses, because he claims his injuries required surgery.

If a settlement is’t reached between Thug and Duke’s parent label, 300 Entertainment, Thrasher plans on filing a lawsuit.

Neither Young, or Lil Duke have responded to the allegations.
