MICHIGAN– 60 Days In star Nate Burrell has died by suicide at the age of 33.
Burrell’s sister confirmed his death to TMZ, saying he had fatally shot himself in downtown Allegan, Michigan on Saturday. He posted a suicide note on his social media, hours being he committed suicide.
The reality T.V. star was featured on the show’s third season.
Burrell was charged with rape in August.
He was facing five felony charges, which included criminal sexual conduct in the first degree, assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder and assault with a dangerous weapon. Berrell was scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 9.
