CHICAGO- A 15-year-boy has been charged for beating a man with a bat and setting him on fire.
The teen, whose name is being withheld due to his age, was arrested on Wednesday and charged with first-degree murder and concealment of homicidal death in gruesome death of Earl Miller, according to The Chicago Sun-Times.
Police say that Miller’s beaten and burned body was found face-down in September next to a home.
An autopsy determined Miller died from multiple injuries sustained during his attack. Police say they found a bloody bat and liquid fluid near Miller’s body.
