Police have arrested the mother of “Baby April”, who was found dead inside a bag on the banks of the Mississippi River in 1992, reported WQAD.
Police tracked down 47-year-old Angela Siebke using genetic matching and genealogy research.
A warrant was issued for Siebke’s arrest on Dec. 17, 2020.
Siebke has been charged with first-degree murder and is currently being held on $1,000,000 bond.
