XXXTentacion’s friend, rapper Splash Zanotti, faces life in prison

FLORIDA- Rapper Splash Zanotti, and another male appeared in federal court on Christmas Day, to face charges that stem from a home invasion, in which the men, along with another suspect, kidnapped, demanded money from a couple and sexually assaulted a victim.

According to Local10, rapper Splash Zanotti, whose real name is Kejuan Brandon Campbell, Dionte Alexander-Wilcox, 24, and Antonio James, were arrested and charged last week.

All three men were charged with kidnapping and conspiracy to commit kidnapping.

Authorities say that the three men were armed when they forced their way into the home of a couple. Once inside, the men demanded $20,000, and threatened to kill them, due a debt the couple allegedly owed. Police say the victims were innocent.

Alexander-Wilcox allegedly assaulted one of the victims at gunpoint, and she was repeatedly taken to a bank by Campbell to retrieve money.

Investigators say that they gathered forensic evidence, and video footage to charge the men.

The victim decided to not proceed with rape charges.

If convicted, Campbell faces life in prison, and a term of supervised release of up to 5 years, reported cloickorlando.com.
