CONNECTICUT- A man was arrested and charged with murder in the death of a teen girl who was killed in 2004.
Willie F. Robinson, 52, was arrested and charged on Friday with the murder of 16-year-old Jessica Keyworth, Waterbury Police said in a statement.
Police found Keyworth dead on June 1, 2004, as her body was lying in the stairwell of a building. Her death was determined a homicide and her cause of death was asphyxia by neck compression.
The case had remained cold, up until now.
Robinson is being held on a $2 million bond, pending his arraignment.
