Claire Miller, 14, was charged with homicide on Monday, and will be charged as an adult according to the Lancaster County District Attorney
Miller called after 1 a.m. on Monday and told them that she had killed her sister, according to the DA.
When first responders arrived at the residence, they found 19-year-old Helen Miller in a bathroom with a stab wound to her neck. First responders attempted to revive her but pronounced her dead.
The stabbing reportedly took place when the girls parents were sleeping.
