NYC, NY- Rapper Kid Cudi’s performance on SNL still has ears ringing, after he wore a dress in honor of Kurt Cobain.
Cudi honored Cobain during his performance of “Tequila Shot” on Saturday, wearing a green cardigan that resembled the exact one Cobain wore during Nirvana MTV Unplugged in 1993.
For his second performance of “Sad People”, Cudi then wore a spaghetti-strapped floral dress.
The dress is also very similar to the one Cobain wore on the 1993 cover of The Face magazine.
Cudi also honored late SNL cast member Chris Farley by wearing a T-Shirt. Farley died in 1997 of a drug overdose.
