Fivio Foreign charged for loaded gun in alleged scuffle with cops

NEW JERSEY- have arrested and charged drill rapper Fivio Foreign after he was allegedly busted with a loaded gun during a foot chase.

Fivio Foreign, whose real name is Maxie Ryles III, left his 2018 Mercedes Benz running in a no-parking zone as he went inside of a Citibank around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, according to The Daily Voice.

Sgt. Howard Ginsburg requested to see Ryles’ driver license, but he allegedly didn’t complay and began to walk away.

When an officer grabbed the rapper inside of a parking garage, a loaded .25-caliber handgun allegedly fell from his waistband, police tell Daily Voice.

Back-up officers were called to the scene to arret Ryles, and an officer was taken to the hospital for minor injuries to his head.
Ryles was charged with weapons possession, resisting arrest and having a defaced firearm.
