FLORIDA- A 14-year-old boy has been charged with murder in the death of a 13-year-old girl who went missing.
A judge ordered Aiden Fucci to remain in jail Tuesday.
Fucci was arrested Monday, and charged with second-degree murder in the death of Tristyn Bailey.
Bailey was reported missing on Sunday and her body was later discovered by a man in a wooded area by a lake, reports WJXT.
Fucci was able to post a pic of himself on Snapchat while in handcuffs, according to WJXT, but appeared teary-eyed in court on Tuesday.
Police have no motive for Bailey’s death, but did say that the teens grew up in the same neighborhood.
