GEORGIA- Police have arrested 4 more teen girls in connection to the fatal shooting of a 20-year-old woman.
Kennedy Collins and Jocelyn Spencer, both 17, were arrested and charged Friday with felony murder and aggravated assault in connection to the death of 20-year-old Faith Burns.
Two unidentified 16-year-old girls were also arrested and charged.
Police say they responded to a shooting on Valentines Day just after 1:30 pm, in the area of Uniwattee Trail and Mountain Ash Court. When they arrived, police found Burns with a single gunshot wound, reports 11Alive.
Burns was taken to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
Police originally issued an arrest warrant for 17-year-old Damia Mitchell. She turned herself into police just days after the killing and was charged with felony murder, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a person under 18.
Police were still searching for four more females who were allegedly present during the murder, up until Friday’s arrests.
Police say that Mitchell and Burns may have had a physical altercation before the shooting.
