OAKLAND- A party bus carrying several people inside was shot up on Tuesday, leaving 2 people dead and other’s injured.
Police say the bus was carrying several people and traveling on Interstate 580 near a off-ramp when a gunman began firing at the bus. The bus drove off the freeway and was shot at again, police say. The shooting was reported at 12:19 a.m., reports MSN.
Two people died from gunshot wounds, and several others were taken to a hospital.
One of the victim’s was a 19-year-old girl, who leaves a 3-year-old child behind.
The people on the bus were celebrating a woman’s 21st birthday.
Police say there are no suspects in custody or a motive.
