MIAMI BEACH, MIAMI- A woman who accidently shot her younger sister on Sunday, was filming a video for Instagram, police say.
Police arrested 24-year-old Taniyria Akias Holt on Monday, and charged her with inflicting personal injury, culpable negligence and improper exhibition of a firearm.
Holt was with her sister, 18-year-old Dre’naya Ponder, and two other women in a car, when the gun she was holding went off as she was passing it to Ponder.
Police say that Holt was unaware that the gun was loaded.
Ponder was shot in the head, and is currently on life support, Local 10 reports.
The group of girls were filming a video for Instagram, police say.
