Bill Cosby will be set free from prison after a judge has surprisingly overturned his sexual assault conviction.
Wow…
Cosby, 83, has only served two years of a three-to-10 year sentence in a Philly prison.
According to The Philadelphia Inquirer, the state Supreme Court on Wednesday found an agreement with a previous prosecutor, which prevented Cosby from being charged for allegedly drugging and molesting Andrea Constand in 2004.
Sexual assault charges were filed against Cosby in 2015. He was convicted in 2018 at his second trail because his first trial ended in a hung jury.
