NEW ORLEANS- U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents seized three thousand fake eyelashes that were illegally imported from China on Thursday.
The lashes were stored inside of four boxes at the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport and were going to a local beauty supply store.
The lashes hadn’t been approved by the Food and Drug Administration. They also weren’t labeled with the manufacturer’s name or the distributor.
