FLORIDA- A mother has been arrested for the deaths of her two daughters that were found dead in a canal two weeks ago.
Tinessa Hogan, 36, was arrested Tuesday on two counts of first-degree murder.
Hogan’s daughters, Destiny Hogan, 9, and Daysha Hogan, 7, were found dead on June 22, floating in a canal near Fort Lauderdale.
Witnesses told police that Hogan was asking people if she could baptize their children a day before she allegedly.
