NEW YORK CITY- ‘Law & Order’ and “Boardwalk Empire’ actor Isaiah Stokes was indicted Friday on charges of second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon in the death of Tyrone Jones, 37.
Stokes was charged with murder in the fatal shooting of Jones in February.
The shooting happened on Feb. 7. Authorities say that surveillance footage showed Stokes exiting a vehicle and firing 11 rounds into a parked Jeep Grand Cherokee that Jones was in.
Stokes will return to court on Monday and is facing up to 25 years in prison.
