NEW YORK CITY- A teenage boy is dead after jumping to his death from the Vessel on Thursday, police say.
The 14-year-old boy was with his family when he threw himself from the 8th floor of the 150-Foot-Tall building with spiraling staircases. He family watched on in shock.
This is now the 4th suicide since the art structure was built, which was two years ago. and there is an active investigation.
- Yocheved Gourarie, 24, of Brooklyn, took a fatal fall on Dec. 21
- Franklin Washington, 21, who was wanted for murdering a 55-year-old woman in Texas, jumped to his death on Jan. 11.

I wonder if they’ve thought about taking the structure down after so many suicides?
