JACKSON, MISS – Rapper Yo Gotti will be covering the costs and autopsy for a man who was found dead inside of his jail cell.
The rapper beleives the death of Chadarion Henderson is “mysterious”.
Sunflower County Coroner Heather Burton says Henderson, 26, was found hanging in his cell on August 1 at the Parchman jail. An autopsy was requested.
Yo Gotti and Team ROC say that Henderson’s mother has been attempting to get information on her son’s death, but has been unable to get in contact with Parchman.
“Chadarion Henderson’s unexplained death inside Parchman is the latest example of how that prison continues to fail to protect its incarcerated population. My heart goes out to the Henderson family – they deserve sympathy and an opportunity to get closure. I’m committed to doing my part to cover the family’s funeral expenses and make sure Chadarion is remembered by his loved ones in a respectabe and dignified way.”
