PENNSLYVANIA- A 7-year-old girl was shot and killed during a high school football game on Friday night, police say.
The gunfire erupted around 9 p.m. right after a game had ended at the school. Bullets sent almost 200 people fleeing the bleachers, WPVI-TV.
The girl was shot once in her back and taken to a Children’s Hospital where she was pronounced dead early Saturday.
Two other children were also harmed during the shooting, but their conditions are unknown.
Police arrested 3 male suspects and a weapon was found. It’s unclear what the motive for the shooting.
